Payment Information
Payments may be made online or in person. We offer multiple convenient payment methods to make tuition as easy as possible for every family.

Tuition is due by the 1st of each month. A $40 late fee
applies after the 1st. Set up reminders in Brightwheel

Tuition remains due during holidays and school closures
A 2-week noticeis required if withdrawing your child from our program

Financial Assistance
We believe every child deserves a quality, Christ-centered education. Financial assistance may be available for families who qualify.
Day Care Association
Families may qualify for assistance through the Day Care Association. Contact us to learn more about eligibility and how to apply.
TEFA Accepted
Texas Education for All (TEFA) assistance is accepted at Bethlehem Children's Academy.
CCMS Accepted
Child Care Management Services (CCMS) subsidies are accepted to help qualifying families cover tuition costs.
