Enrollment Checklist
Parents must complete and submit all required registration forms and documentation before a student can begin attending the academy. Please gather the items below prior to submitting your registration.
Completed Registration Form - REQUIRED
Fill out and submit the registration form on this page or in person at the academy.
Child's Birth Certificate - REQUIRED
A copy of your child's official birth certificate must be submitted before the first day.
Most Recent Shot Record / Immunizations - REQUIRED
An up-to-date immunization record is required by state guidelines and must be on file.
Registration Fee Payment - REQUIRED
Registration fees are due at time of enrollment and are non-refundable. See our tuition page for details.
Emergency Contact Information - REQUIRED
Provide at least two emergency contacts who are authorized to pick up your child.
Brightwheel App Setup - RECOMMENDED
Download and set up the Brightwheel app for easy communication, payments, and daily updates about your child.
A student cannot begin attending the academy until all required documents have been submitted and your registration is confirmed by our staff.

Most families use the Brightwheel app for tuition payments, daily check-ins, and real-time updates. We highly recommend setting it up before your first day.
