The Bethlehem Children’s Academy has several daily, weekly and annual activities.  From Chapel on every Wednesday to an annual Summer Camp from June – August, we try to design activities that provide children with an outlet to express themselves and enjoy time away from the classroom, but still be informed academically. 
 
  • Chapel- Every Wednesday: this is a fun time, where all the classrooms individually comes together to have group worship time with the Lord in their way, it’s a combination of interactive songs, devotion (by the student body), pledges to our flags, National anthem, and a five to ten minute bible lesson .
  • Summer Camp – June thru August: Summer Camps is a cumulate of activities, from sports, art, music, science, cooking, drama, history, social studies and plenty of outdoor activities, rolled into 10 weeks, each week focusing on one activity with an extremely fun approach; a great outlet for student to express themselves and enjoy their time away from the classroom, but still be informed academically.
  • Back to School Bash – August: Students have a fun time performing a cute rendition of their favorite songs.
  • Open House – August: Parents and students receive an orientation about the academy, this is a time to meet the teachers and staff and visit all classrooms. 
  • Parent Orientation – August: Parents meet to discuss policies and procedures for the academy and safety of the children. 
  • Fall Festivities – October: The Academy host an annual pumpkin carving contest and the church host a community event full of fun activities and food. 
  • Thanksgiving Dinner – November: This is a day we set aside to show our Thankfulness and love to our friends and each other with a tasty Thanksgiving lunch with all the fixins.
  • Christmas Festivities- December: Students showcase the true meaning of Christmas through skits, songs, dance, and speeches through a program and enjoy a PJ and Pancake Party while viewing the Polar Express. 
  • Spirit Week – March: A week of fun daily activities to celebrate the coming of Spring!
  • Eggstravaganza – April: A day filled with fun Easter activities for the children explore. 
  • Week of the Young Child – April: A fun-filled week celebrating early learning, young children, their teachers, families, and communities. 
  • Teacher Appreciation Week – May: Celebration of the teachers and all the work they do for the children. 
  • End of Year Program: May: This is an event where the students display their achievement throughout the year through academics, bible, behavior and fun; and all the family is invited to come! 
  • Mother’s & Father’s Day Appreciation – May & June: Children engage in fun activities and projects designed to celebrate their parents. 
  • Annual Fundraiser: Done once or twice year to raise funds for Academy.
