  • The pick-up and drop-off of children should be completed outside of the operation.
  • All students and teachers must wear mask daily. 
  • There are several methods that facilities can use to protect their workers while conducting temperature screenings.
  • Parents must bring their child’s lunch daily. 
  • No outside toys or stuffed animals will be allowed into the center. 
  • Parents will be required to take home bedding daily to wash and sanitize.

Bethlehem Childrens Academy

The Bethlehem Children’s Academy is a Bible teaching, 3 out of 4 Star Preschool, where our mature Christian staff is eager to serve scholars in the capacity of teaching and educating on a higher level.  We have a warm inviting environment where educating scholars is our highest priority.
Here at the Academy we implement the A BEKA Curriculum, where the Bible is the foundation of everything we do. Additional curriculum include Frog Street with STEM integration throughout various lessons. We provide Chapel weekly to the students as a model of how the children should behave and conduct themselves in children church.  Here at the Academy, on average we have a 1 to 7 teacher, student ratio.  The Bethlehem Children’s Academy was founded in 2009.

I am fortunate to have the Blessed privilege of serving our families, here at the Academy! I bring over fifteen years of experience of Management and Leadership from corporate and privately own preschools, I’m an ordained minister and I have an Associates in Early Childhood Education.

Having worked in the field of education for many years, I am a college graduate with a B.A. in education and working with children is my passion. I have taught Sunday school for over 5 years at Bethlehem as well as worked in numerous ministries. I look forward to serving each of you at The Children’s Academy

I am proud to say that both of my children graduated kindergarten here at the Bethlehem Children’s Academy. I have served at The Bethlehem Children’s Academy for 7 years teaching in all areas from the 2 year old class to the kindergarten class.

As an Educator, I’m proud to serve with the Bethlehem Academy. I have a Bachelor of Arts in Interdisciplinary Studies. I have taught in the Youth Department and Women’s Ministry at the Bethlehem Baptist Church. I’ve enjoyed serving at the Bethlehem Academy for 8 years as the Account Manager.



The Bethlehem Childrens Academy is a christian private school that equips our students with the highest spiritual and academic skills needed to become Godly leaders of tomorrow. In fulfillment of this purpose, The Bethlehem Childrens Academy aspires to:
Facilitate the development of our students through an academically challenging curriculum in order to develop core subject propensity and provide students with the skills needed to excel academically and successfully matriculate into college and the global society • Provide a diverse liberal education that will include programs in English/Language Arts, Science, Technology, Math, Social Studies and Fine Arts • Foster Spiritual growth so that all students will acknowledge Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior and seek to develop a close personal relationship with Him • Teach Biblical Standards of conduct so that students will have the highest moral and ethical standards • Encourage students to make a difference in the lives of others by reconciling, rebuilding and restoring men back to Christ as they share the gospel of Jesus Christ.


Christian Preschool
We provide a private school education that is Christian based to 18 months to 5 year old scholars.
Christian Kindergarten
We provide Christian based curriculum to scholars ages 4 years and 5 years old.
We provide a fun filled camp experience for preschool & elementary students.


Parents Play a vital role at The Bethlehem Children’s Academy and it is important that each parent be involved in the growth, education and development of the child.  Parents are invited to participate in Academy activities and events, and input is always welcome.  Any parent with questions, concerns or recommendations are welcome to meet with the director by appointment.
We also have a “Parent Advisory Committee.”  The parent advisory committee is comprised of parents who want to contribute by volunteering.  The committee is involved with coordinating special events and fundraisers as well as providing additional support.  The committee meets monthly to discuss the academy and ways to improve.  All parents are invited and encouraged to participate. 
We offer a Christian atmosphere with loving christian mature staff, that understand the needs of children.  Our prices are significantly lower than other private schools in the Mansfield, Arlington area.  We go beyond the call of duty to accommodate our families by assessing every situation case by case.  The Academy has received 3 out of 4 star Quality Rating by the state of Texas.





METHOD OF PAYMENT Payments may be made online, in person or by mail using cash, check, money order or credit card. Mailed payments must be received by the due date. Payments may be made in person on or before the due date. The term of payment must be noted on the check or money order; payments may be made for monthly; full fee amount is due for 3-5 days of attendance. PAYMENTS DUE Payments are due every Friday before 6:00 p.m. prior to the next week of care. The fee reserves a space for the child and must be paid even if your child misses a day or more. Any payment paid after 6:00 p.m. will be late and a late fee of $15.00 will be added to your rate. If payment is not received on Friday prior to service, we will not be able to care for your child. You will be informed at drop-off that you will not be able to leave your child. In order to maintain quality child care, the Academy cannot give refunds or discounts for days absent. Full tuition is due during holidays and inclement weather days. If students will be out when the Academy is in session, one half of the payment is due.

The Bethlehem Academy Internship Program is a Project-Based internship designed to provide individuals an opportunity to create or develop programs, operational systems, or communication strategies to improve the services we provide to the community. Interns will interact and engage with many of our Staff, Children’s, Program Coordinators and Senior Directors, attend leadership meetings, engage in professional development trainings, and interact with our customers and parents. Our goal is to provide interns an overview of our organization’s daily operations and growth to possible employment.
Job Descriptions:
Position: Youth Education
Job Description: Primary focus/project will be to develop operational systems for various youth programs, design reporting tracking youth success, support various youth events and leadership meetings, assist in curriculum and program development, and streamline communications among the organization and the community leaders or participants. Skills acquired from this position would involve comprehension of the role of a Youth Program Director.

Position: STEM Education
Job Description: Primary focus/project is to develop engaging STEM activities for the youth and community ensuring all core disciplines are implemented (Science, Technology, Engineering, & Math). Interns will explore various forms of STEM with a high emphasis’s on technology and incorporate practicum experiences for all ages serviced within the branch locations. Some data collection is required for specialized projects. Skills acquired for this position would involve comprehension of the role of a Program Coordinator for Imagine Science. Imagine Science is a collaboration of the YMCA, Boys & Girls Club of Dallas, Girls Inc., & National 4-H.

Position: Wellness/Fitness
Job Description: Primary focus/project will develop activities that increase awareness of practicing
good health and nutrition. Interns will engage community members and youth with innovative
programs to promote a healthy mind and body. Projects could include nutrition, fitness, personal
training, diabetes prevention, Get up and Go, & aerobics. Interns may be required to operate
health measuring tools, fitness equipment, or direct class instruction. Skills acquired for this
position would involve comprehension of the role of a Wellness Coordinator.
